Enrollment

We are thrilled to announce our enrollment process: we are moving to a perpetual enrollment system! This change aims to provide a more flexible and convenient experience for you!

Perpetual Enrollment: This means you will only need to register your student once in our program. Our stress-free, perpetual-based system does away with deadlines to worry about, or spots to lose. You will also be allowed to book your day/time, and simply pay month-to-month.

*Please note: If you are currently enrolled in the “Fall Session,” your session will continue until the designated end date. You will be contacted to confirm whether you wish to enroll in the Perpetual Enrollment Program. If you decide to continue, you must sign and return the Perpetual Enrollment Policy within 7 days. Please note, if the Perpetual Enrollment Policy is not returned within 7 days, you will not be reenrolled in the program. If you choose to cancel, your lessons will end on the last scheduled day of your current session.

Registration: Swim lessons at Patti’s Swim School are on-going and year-round. You can enroll your student(s) at any time. Once enrolled, that day/time is yours until you notify us that you wish to cancel.

Cancellation: In order to withdraw from ongoing lessons and the monthly billing cycle. Written notice needs to be given at least 30 days prior to the next billing date. Requests must be emailed to info@pattisswimschool.com with the Subject Line: REQUEST WITHDRAWAL. No credits or refunds will be Offered.

Payment/Billing: Payment for lessons is due at time of registration/enrollment. After initial payment, billing will be on the 1st of the month for services to be rendered the following month (example: October 1st payment will be for lessons in November). You will be billed for the number of lessons you are scheduled for in the month.

What is perpetual enrollment?
I’m already signed up for the “Fall Session” - what does this mean for me?

Will you continue to offer “sessions”?
How will I be billed?

Billing is conducted monthly, on the 1st of the month for services to be provided in the following month. For example, billing on October 1st covers lessons starting in November. The credit card you have on file will be automatically charged. If your credit card declines, we will notify you via phone, text and email. You will have seven days to update your payment information. If payment is not received after seven days, your spot on the schedule will be automatically released.

To discontinue ongoing lessons and end the monthly billing cycle, please submit a written request to info@pattisswimschool.com with the subject line re: REQUEST WITHDRAWAL. This request must be submitted 30 days in advance of our desired withdrawal date. Please note that there are no reimbursements or financial credits for lessons that have already been billed within the current cycle.
